It is not a law firm or a claims-management company, does not provide legal advice, and using it does not create any professional relationship. Air-passenger rules (EU261, UK261, US DOT regulations, the Montreal Convention, Canada’s APPR) change and depend on your exact itinerary. Every page prints the primary source it relies on and the date we last checked it — verify against that source and the relevant regulator before you rely on a figure.

Funding

The site is free. A commission never changes what a page says. We are not paid by airlines or by claim agencies, and we take no share of any claim you make.

No warranty

The templates and figures are provided as-is, without warranty. You are responsible for the claims you make and the amounts you cite. Keep copies of your tickets, boarding passes, receipts and all correspondence.

Privacy

No cookies, no analytics, no accounts. The calculator and the letter builder run in your browser; what you type stays in this tab and is not transmitted anywhere.
